The deadline to file all claims under the Weyerhaeuser Hardboard Siding Class Action Settlement has expired. Claims will no longer be accepted under the Settlement. Weyerhaeuser is now accepting eligible warranty claims.

If you have already filed a claim under the Settlement and have questions, call the Independent Claims Administrator at 1-800-365-0697, or write to Weyerhaeuser Hardboard Siding Class Action Settlement, Independent Claims Administrator, P.O. Box 9443, Garden City, NY 11530-9443.

If you believe you have an eligible warranty claim, contact the Weyerhaeuser Product Assurance Group at 253-924-2010 or via email at: productassurance@Weyerhaeuser.com.

It is important that you contact the Weyerhaeuser Product Assurance Group as there are certain procedures to be followed by property owners or their agents when filing an eligible Weyerhaeuser Hardboard Siding warranty claim. Each claim requires a separate preprinted or electronic form provided by Weyerhaeuser for each property address.

On warranties for siding installations prior to 1985, all Weyerhaeuser hardboard siding warranties have expired and no warranty claim from this period can be considered.
